Translating clinical susceptibility metrics to mechanistic knowledge to support treatment individualization
The aim of this project is a translation of antibiotic pharmacological effect to bacterial (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and/or Klebsiella pneumoniae) kinetics time course (growth/kill) in combination with the construction of mathematical models and simulation framework to support treatment individualization.
